Delivery and Shipping

Our Shop Hours:

Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9am to 4 pm
Sunday 10 am to 2 pm during April, May, October, November & December

We are committed to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, and certain conditions that may be beyond our control. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

Ordering, Delivery and Shipping;

  • There is a $35 product minimum for local delivery $50 for out of town; this does not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are an additional $9-$15, depending on area.
  • Floral arrangements from are available for local delivery or sent to another florist in our network for out of town deliveries. 
  • Floral arrangements from our FTD site are available for delivery throughout the US, worldwide and also locally. NOTE: any specifically named arrangements from our FTD site may be ordered over the phone during business hours, we encourage this as FTD has their own fees that the charge for using their site. Please just call us if you have questions. 
  • Most baskets and/or gift items are available for local delivery, provided the delivery minimum has been met. These items may be combined with floral products to meet the minimum or to accompany an arrangement.
  • Most baskets and/or gift items are also available to be shipped anywhere in the US via UPS or USPS.

For Local Delivery;

  • All phoned in orders are processed right away. All or FTD orders are processed as soon as we get them, usually within 30-60 minutes of placing them.
  • We enter them into our system, the arrangement is designed (or basket/gift is prepared) and delivery ticket is created for our driver.
  • We require that for same day delivery orders are placed by 1pm EST.

We deliver Monday through Saturday. Our delivery times are from 10am to 4 pm, sometimes earlier or later depending on the detailed specifications of the order.

Sunday delivery is possible for funerals or occasion parties, but needs to be arranged prior to the Sunday. We advise during the busy holiday seasons, that you place your order well in advance.

Sympathy and Funeral Orders;

We realize the sensitive nature for sending sympathy flowers or to a funeral. Our courteous staff is here to make all funeral & sympathy flower orders as comfortable as possible. Please refer to our Sympathy page to view the information we need to process your order efficiently.

For ALL orders to be processed properly we require a few things;

  • Recipients first & last name
  • Full address, including apt or building #, this includes all information relating to a workplace delivery.
  • Most important is the recipients phone #
  • Senders name and phone #
  • Other info that is helpful:
  • When is the best time for delivery or if the recipient will be home.
  • If it is possible to leave delivery in a safe location at the address provided if there is no one home to accept.
  • We cannot accept exact times for delivery; we do make every attempt possible to keep delivery within the times requested.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, if delivery is attempted and not successful, (examples: loose dogs, locked gate, weather related issues etc.) delivery will be attempted again the following day. We always call the recipient to ensure delivery if any circumstance should arise. Incomplete or incorrect address information or phone numbers may delay delivery.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries that are refused for any reason, nor will the sender be refunded.

For FTD Wire Orders:

When you order off our FTD site to send flowers to a destination out of our area, the order is  sent it to another FTD florist closest to the recipients address within our network. ALL FTD florists in our network guarantee their services and products.

Generally the same policies for times ordered & delivered apply. If there is ever a question or problem with the order we will or delivering florist will call the sender or recipient, whichever is appropriate.

Website Information:

Our website is new and will continue to be a work in progress, please feel free to send us suggestions or comments about either site.

You may order from either site; or for local or out of town deliveries. 


Wesite orders cannot be combined when ordering online. For example, if you see something specific you would like to order from our FTD site and something else from our gift section on our home site, these orders will need to be placed and checked out separately. Or, to combine into one order you may call us direct during business hours, all orders, local and out of town and from both websites may be placed over the phone.

Certain items on (fruit baskets/flower arrangements) are only available for local delivery. You will not be able to check out properly if you have items being sent via UPS/USPS while having one of these local items in your cart. If you have any questions or if there is any confusion please give us a call during business hours.

Basket & Gift Shipping;

Items shipped UPS Ground or USPS can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days.
