Greenway Policies

Our Shop Hours:

Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9am to 4 pm
Sunday 10 am to 2 pm during April, May, October, November & December

Greenway Florist reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. This includes credit card information, if paying by credit card over the phone; the card holder must be the person placing the order. We may ask personal information such as birth date or address to confirm this if we suspect fraudulent credit card activity.

Substitutions;

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement or basket due to the availability of certain flowers or product in our shop that day. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, color scheme etc., by using flowers & products of equal or greater value. These substitutions will never compromise the value, elegance or appearance of the arrangement or basket.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another similar color. If this needs to be done we will sometimes contact the sender to confirm.

For wire orders, to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned weather issues, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction; rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy:

While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. If your order was placed and there is a full 48 hours prior to a local delivery please call us direct, we cannot completely guarantee a successful cancellation, but will do everything in our power to do so.

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact the delivering florist directly. Every florist in our FTD network is just as committed as we are to completely satisfying its customers.
